His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, witnessed today the signing of 3 memoranda of understanding aimed at supporting the educational system and educational cadres and enhancing the quality of education, in the Sharjah Council for Higher Education and Scientific Research in the University City.
