The Menoufia Electricity Company separated the current from a number of houses affected by the Nile water in the lands of the river offering in the village of Delmo, which is affiliated with the Ashmoun Center, after the high water level, which surrounded the electricity poles and houses located in that area.

This procedure came in order to preserve the lives and safety of citizens, and to prevent any possible electrical incidents as a result of water contact with the columns or their access to open wires, noting that follow -up work is carried out periodically to ensure that the risks are avoided.
The local units also stressed the people of the speed of evacuating the affected homes and moving away from the areas of water gathering, in coordination with the relevant executive authorities.
