The security services in Dakahlia Governorate are intensifying their efforts to arrest a student accused of assaulting his colleague using a sharp tool, a screwdriver, which resulted in the victim’s death as a result of his injuries in the village of Al-Hasas, affiliated with the Sherbin Center.

The Director of Dakahlia Security received notification from the Director of Criminal Investigation that a report had been received from the Sherbin Police Station warden from Sherbin General Hospital, about the arrival of student Ziad Al-Saeed Ali Al-Shafi’i, 14 years old, with a severe wound to the head, and he died as a result of his injury.
Immediately, the investigation forces moved to the scene of the incident, conducted an inspection and heard witness statements, while the security services continued their efforts to arrest the fleeing accused and take the necessary legal measures.
The body was transferred to the morgue at the disposal of the investigating authorities, which ordered an autopsy to determine the cause of death and initiate an investigation into the circumstances of the accident.
