Under the supervision of Major General Ashraf Jaballah, the security services in the Qalubiya Security Sector, the security services in the Qalubiya Security Directorate managed to seize 5 unemployed people who sexually assaulted a child in the village of Kafr El -Deir, in the city of Shebin Al -Qanater, Qaliubiya Governorate.
The beginning with Major General Mohamed El -Sayed, Director of the Criminal Investigation Department in Qalioubia, and Major General Wael Al -Mitwalli, head of the Directorate’s Investigations, received a notification from Lt. Col. Mahmoud Ismail, head of the Shebin Al -Qanater Center, that a notification was received from the invited “Noha. C” (40 years old – a housewife – residing in the village of Kafr Al -Deir), in which he accuses 5 unemployed sexual assault on her son “Omar MN” (13 years).
By intensifying investigations and examination, the communication is valid, as the identity of the accused was identified, and they are:
“Hamdi”, 16 years old, unemployed, “Muhammad” 19 years old, unemployed, “Mustafa” 19 unemployed, “Khaled” 16 years old, unemployed, and “Muhammad”, 16 years old, unemployed, all of whom are residents of the village of Kafr al -Deir, the center of the center.
After codifying the procedures, the center’s investigation officers were able to arrest the accused, a report of the incident was edited, and the Public Prosecution office that took over the investigation was notified and ordered the accused to be imprisoned pending the case.
