Ahmed Zaher, managing director of the club, revealed Pyramids Ramadan Sobhi and Osama Jalal, the duo of the first football team, traveled to Germany in order to be reassured about the injury suffered by the duo and to undergo a medical examination and rehabilitation program in preparation for returning to the stadiums as soon as possible.

The Pyramids club explained that Ramadan Sobhi suffers from a knee injury, while Osama Jalal suffers from a tear in the back of the back that he suffered during the Saudi Al-Ahly match in the Intercontinental Cup in Jeddah.
Zaher explained in statements to the media center that the Pyramids administration agreed for the duo to travel for treatment in Germany with the best doctors and rehabilitation centers in order to quickly return to the stadiums, in light of the team’s need for all its players, especially in light of the club’s many connections locally, continentally, and internationally during the next stage.
The Pyramids club’s first football team is preparing to face Morocco’s RS Berkane, in the 2025 African Super Cup, next Saturday at the Air Defense Stadium.
Pyramids, the African Champions League title holder, will compete with Morocco’s RS Berkane, the Confederation champion, to win the 2025 African Super Cup.
The match between Pyramids and RS Berkane is the first that Cairo has hosted in the African Super Cup since 2014, specifically the match that brought together Al-Ahly with CS Sfaxien of Tunisia.
Pyramids is seeking to achieve victory over RS Berkane and win the African Super Cup for the first time in its history, and to combine the continental double after the African Champions League title.
