The Ministry of Interior agencies revealed the circumstances of a video clip circulated on social media, which included residents arresting a person after he sprayed a passerby in Cairo with spray, and arresting the perpetrator of the incident.

The Interior Ministry said in a statement, “We are revealing the circumstances of a video clip that was circulated on social media sites, which included residents arresting a person after he sprayed a passerby in Cairo with spray.”
Moving on, we met with a tour guide residing in the 15th of May Police Department, where he accused a person residing in the 1st Nasr City Police Department of stopping him as soon as he entered the property where he lived and spraying spray in his face, so he asked the people for help to stop him.
When confronting the complainant, it was found that he was showing signs of imbalance. Upon summoning his father, he reported that his son was suffering from a mental illness. He submitted a report on his health condition, and legal measures were taken.
