The Fayoum Endowments Directorate organized two jurisprudence councils, entitled: “Provisions of Guarantee in Islam,” as part of the activities of its weekly program “Jurisprudence Councils,” in implementation of the directives of Dr. Osama Al-Azhari, Minister of Endowments, and under the patronage of Sheikh Salama Abdel Razek, Director of the Directorate, and under the supervision of Sheikh Yahya Muhammad, Director of Da’wah.
Fayoum Endowments holds two jurisprudence councils entitled: “Provisions of Guarantee in Islam”
The holding of these councils comes within the framework of the advocacy, scientific and educational role undertaken by the Ministry, and in implementation of the axes of its advocacy plan, especially the axis of confronting non-religious extremism and the decline of moral values, and working to restore and build the Egyptian character on rational religious and national foundations.
The scholars discussed the meaning of guarantee, the evidence of its legitimacy, its conditions, its reasons, and the types of guarantee of money, citing the Almighty’s saying: {And for whoever brings it there is a camel’s burden, and I am a leader therein}.
An elite group of faculty members at Al-Azhar University and distinguished imams of endowments with academic competence and advocacy experience participated in these two councils, to convey the message of Islam in a moderate spirit that takes into account reality and promotes moral values, in order to achieve the desired religious awareness and education.
