There is a lot of effort and hard work being expended in our sectors and government agencies, and the sons and daughters of Bahrain are achieving it with all enthusiasm, sincerity, and sincere desire for development and achievement.
In fact, many achievements and smart projects have been achieved, many services have been improved, and the humanitarian aspect of work has been strengthened based on our authentic values and principles.
Unfortunately, these efforts remain far from the knowledge of the common man in the street, whether he is a citizen or a resident, because they are not marketed or highlighted as they should be.
Some may see highlighting these efforts as a kind of exaggeration or show, arguing that what is being accomplished is part of our job duty and responsibilities.
However, the truth is that highlighting success stories is not considered a luxury or personal promotion, but rather an important development pillar in light of the reform project of His Majesty the King, a project that is keen on developing, modernizing and building for the better, and it is also a policy implemented by the government headed by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
Highlighting the efforts that lead to achieving national goals aims not only to celebrate achievers, but also to spread positive contagion in society and spread a culture of work, construction and achievement.
Documenting success stories also contributes to preserving an honorable professional legacy, motivating others and consolidating the values of development and diligence in our institutions. It is also a smart way to appreciate creative talents and encourage them to give more.
There are many projects and efforts that are being made sincerely within our government institutions, but they are not reaching the people as they deserve.
If it had received appropriate attention and coverage, it would have contributed to strengthening national pride and instilling in people the belief that the people of Bahrain work hard and are creative in serving their country. Many of our achievements are still “shy” in terms of highlighting and publishing.
We do not call here for boasting or arrogance, but rather for true celebration of success, especially when it serves the nation and humanity, and embodies our authentic values and principles.
When we see a society whose members strive for success and excellence in serving their country, we must feel proud and proud, and instill in future generations the spirit of giving and belonging, so that they can continue the construction process with confident steps.
We have a functioning society, honorable energies, and accomplished achievements, and we have the right to be proud of all of them. Because it serves, first and foremost, the dear Bahrain.
