Dr. Ahmed Fouad Hanno, Minister of Culture, opened on Thursday evening the activities of the 33rd session of the Arab Music Festival and Conference, which is organized by the Cairo Opera House, headed by Dr. Alaa Abdel Salam, and directed by Maestro Tamer Ghoneim. This year, the festival celebrates the planet of the East. Honoring creative personalities

Within the framework of the ceremony, 10 creative personalities who contributed to enriching artistic life in Egypt and the Arab world were honored, including Dr. Hisham Sharaf from Jordan, the artist Naima Samih from Morocco, the poet Al-Hadi Adam from Sudan, the kola player Ibrahim Fathi from Egypt, and others. The authentic Egyptian voice, Amal Maher, was also honored during her artistic segment at the opening ceremony, which highlights the role of these creative people in promoting culture and art in the Arab world.
