The National Elections Authority at the Red Sea Court of First Instance, headed by Ali Abu Bakr, the court’s president, announced the final list of candidates for the governorate’s House of Representatives elections, after completing the appeals.

The total number of candidates in the three districts in the governorate was 11, and the names of the candidates in the districts were as follows:
The first district, which includes the cities of Hurghada and Ras Gharib, includes 6 candidates: Mohamed Mohamed Abdel Maqsoud, candidate for the Mostaqbal Watan Party, Ahmed Badra for the Justice Party, Adel Abdel Rahim, an independent, Mohamed Ahmed Hassan, an independent, Bishoy Bakir, an independent, and Gamal Zaki, for the Mostaqbal Watan Party.
The second district, which includes the cities of Safaga, Al-Qusayr, and Marsa Alam, has 4 candidates: Jibril Mahmoud, candidate from the National Front Party, Mustafa Al-Abbasi, an independent, Karam Abu Al-Naga, an independent, and Medhat Maher, from the Wafd Party.
While only one candidate ran in the third district, which includes the cities of Halayeb and Shalatin, and he is Ali Nour from the Hamat al-Watan Party.
