His Highness Lieutenant General Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, National Security Advisor and Commander of the Royal Guard, received a delegation from the Washington Institute for Near East Policy, headed by Ms. Dana Stroul, Director of Research at the Institute, as part of the delegation’s visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain in the presence of His Excellency Sheikh Khalid bin Ali Al Khalifa, Deputy National Security Advisor.
His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa welcomed the delegation, stressing the importance of the close strategic partnership between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United States of America, based on mutual respect and common interests, and supporting efforts aimed at enhancing security, stability and peace in the region.
During the meeting, His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa reviewed with Ms. Dana Stroul views on the regional and international situation, support for initiatives to establish just and lasting peace, and consolidate the principles of tolerance and human coexistence among different peoples and cultures in a way that enhances security and prosperity for the benefit of all.
For her part, Mrs. Dana Stroul expressed her deep appreciation for His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa for his leadership vision and efforts to consolidate the partnership between Bahrain and the United States of America, praising the pioneering role played by the Kingdom of Bahrain in promoting the values of stability and coexistence in the region.
