His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, member of the King’s Trust International, witnessed the celebration of the tenth anniversary of the founding of the Foundation, in the presence of His Majesty King Charles III, King of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, founder of the Foundation.
During the ceremony, His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa met with His Majesty King Charles III, where they talked about the active role of youth in shaping the future, and the importance of supporting and empowering them and providing an environment that enhances their creativity and leadership capabilities at the global level.
His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa stressed that the King’s Trust International Foundation represents a pioneering platform for empowering young people, through effective programs and existing partnerships with countries around the world, as the Foundation opens the doors of opportunities for them to develop their skills and turn them into tangible achievements. His Highness added: “Empowering youth represents an important investment for a promising future, and paves the way for them towards innovation and leadership, as they possess passion, ambition, and the ability to lead change. We also stress the importance of the role of youth in protecting and preserving the future of future generations.”
