Engineer Muhammad Mazloum took the constitutional oath during the opening session of the Senate in the second legislative term, today, Saturday.

Taking the constitutional oath comes in accordance with Article 39 of the Senate’s internal regulations, which stipulates that the member shall take the following oath: I swear by Almighty God to faithfully preserve the republican system, to respect the Constitution and the law, to fully take care of the interests of the people, and to preserve the independence of the nation and the unity and integrity of its lands.
