His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, “may God protect him,” said via the “X” platform: “At Qasr Al Watan, we launched the Emirates Volunteering and Community Participation System… which includes a comprehensive strategy for national volunteering to bring the volunteer base to 600,000 volunteers… and launching an integrated platform for them… and supporting the third sector and public benefit institutions to increase by 30% during the coming period through a unified portal for their services and procedures and incubators for their work… and a fund worth 100 million dirhams to support their institutions.. His Highness added: “Our goal is to enable volunteerism… enhance community participation… consolidate and institutionalize goodness in our country… and convey a message to everyone that the UAE is an economic country.”
