Her Excellency Mrs. Rawan bint Najib Tawfiqi, Minister of Youth Affairs, confirmed that the “NextGen Council” initiative launched by the Labor Fund “Tamkeen” represents a pioneering step that reflects confidence in the capabilities of Bahraini youth, and opens up broader horizons for them in developing businesses and contributing to their sustainability.
Her Excellency explained that this initiative comes within the framework of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, who believes in the importance of providing young people with the opportunity to create ideas and transform them into realistic projects that contribute to development and development.
The Minister of Youth Affairs also noted the support of His Highness Sheikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister’s Court and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Labor Fund, for all efforts aimed at investing in national energies and enhancing the skills of Bahraini youth, praising the efforts of the Labor Fund “Tamkeen” in adopting and implementing initiatives that give young people a space to express their ideas and develop their potential.
The Minister stressed that the “NextGen” Council, with its youth competencies, will be a supportive force for the “Tamkeen” process, and complement the Fund’s efforts in spreading the culture of innovation and creativity, noting that the Ministry of Youth Affairs continues to support such initiatives and considers them an essential tributary in refining youth skills and development.
