His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, President of the General Sports Authority, President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, visited the Bahrain International Exhibition Center today, Monday, October 20, 2025, which will host the third Asian Youth Games, which will be held from October 22 to October 31, 2025 under the generous patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the country, may God protect and preserve him, in the presence of A number of Their Highnesses and Excellencies dignitaries.
During the visit, His Highness was briefed on the progress of the competitions, the preparations, and the readiness of the halls and all sports and administrative facilities. His Highness praised the efforts made by the working committees in completing all arrangements.
His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa said, “We are proud of the collective work and dedication we are witnessing from the people of Bahrain in preparing for this important continental tournament, which is being held for the first time on the territory of the Kingdom… We look forward to it reflecting the spirit and values of Bahrain, and demonstrating its ability to organize the most prominent international sporting events at the highest levels, and we trust the work team and all the organizing committees that are making every effort to present an exceptional tournament worthy of Bahrain’s name and position in the world.” Asian continent.
