Judge Abdul Rahman Al-Sayyid Al-Mualla, Undersecretary of the Court of Cassation, and Judge Ali Ahmed Al-Kaabi, Secretary-General of the Supreme Judicial Council, participated in the eleventh regular meeting of the heads of the Supreme Courts and Courts of Cassation in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, which was held today, Wednesday, in the sisterly State of Kuwait.
The meeting discussed a number of topics, most notably the policy of enhancing judicial cooperation between the Supreme Courts and Courts of Cassation in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, in addition to the annual conference on judicial experiments and reviewing the newly developed judicial systems.
The meeting also discussed the electronic book project for innovative and distinguished judicial rulings and principles issued by the Supreme Courts and Courts of Cassation in the GCC countries, in addition to a set of proposals submitted by the member states, which are aimed at developing judicial work and enhancing judicial integration between the countries of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf.
