Economist Akbar Jafari described the cooperation of companies in providing jobs as a very positive step, pointing out the importance of meeting the needs of young people, especially new graduates who are seeking to establish their lives and build their future. He stresses the need to facilitate procedures for job applicants, stressing the importance of training Bahraini cadres by foreigners, as was the case in the 1980s, which contributes to strengthening the replacement process.
He added that this cooperation comes in line with the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, which aims to provide three job opportunities for every job seeker registered with the Ministry before the end of the year, noting that there are many jobs available of a professional nature with rewarding salaries, and calling for cooperation between the private sector and the government to facilitate the entry of graduates into the labor market. He stressed the importance of providing the necessary support to these graduates without imposing high expectations on them at the beginning. Rather, they should be supported and ensured that they have sufficient opportunities for growth.
Jaafari stressed the need to support the decision of His Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister by all citizens, from their various positions, and to work collectively to ensure its success. He pointed out that His Highness’s intervention in this file reflects the importance and sensitivity of the issue, as it represents a national issue that goes beyond being a problem of individuals, as the nation is in constant need of the competence and creativity of its people.
