The details of the incident go back to the October 1 Police Department receiving a report from the child’s mother stating that her daughter had been assaulted while she was inside the café. Immediately, a police force moved to the location of the report, and investigations revealed that the worker took advantage of the mother’s preoccupation and lured the child to the bathroom and committed his crime.
The accused was arrested and taken to the department office, a report was drawn up regarding the incident, and the child was presented to forensic medicine, and the Public Prosecution took over the investigation to uncover the circumstances of the incident and take the necessary legal measures.
