The local unit of the center and city of Tahta, headed by Ahmed Al-Shatouri, followed up on the progress of work in public parking lots and gas stations, in order to ensure the regularity of traffic movement and the commitment of drivers to the legally prescribed tariffs, within the framework of the directives of Major General Dr. Abdel Fattah Siraj, Governor of Sohag.
Continuing work in Sohag parking lots
The head of the local unit stressed the necessity of continuing daily and periodic follow-up work on all situations within the center’s scope, to ensure the application of the law and prevent any manipulation or exploitation of citizens, stressing that maintaining the stability of the transportation system is a top priority under the current circumstances.
The follow-up work came under the supervision of Mohamed Tharwat, Vice President of the City, Ali Abu Al-Fadl, Director of the General Administration of Parking in Sohag, and Abed Khudairi, Director of Tahta Parking, along with parking officials in the local unit.
As part of our keenness to interact with citizens and respond quickly to their complaints, telephone numbers and hotlines have been allocated to receive any reports or complaints related to public parking and its workflow, with an emphasis on dealing immediately with any violation detected, in order to preserve the rights of passengers and achieve discipline on Tahtawi Street.
