Dr. Iman Rayan, Deputy Governor of Qalyubia, led an extensive campaign to remove illegal and illegal advertisements in the city of Banha, within the framework of the governorate’s plan to restore the aesthetic and cultural appearance of the streets and squares, and reduce slum advertising, in implementation of the directives of Engineer Ayman Attia, Governor of Qalyubia.

Walid Al-Shahawi, President of the City of Benha, and a number of executive leaders and relevant agencies participated in the campaign. The campaign began from Nile Corniche Street, passing through Princess Fawzia Street, where a number of removal decisions regarding violating advertisements were implemented, with warnings being sent to advertisement owners to quickly legalize their status in accordance with the laws regulating advertising work, to avoid legal accountability.
In a qualitative step to facilitate procedures and encourage citizens to correct their situations, the mobile technology centers vehicle was accompanied by the campaign to provide immediate facilities, which included collecting advertising license fees directly at the removal site, and receiving legalization documents.
The campaign resulted in positive results, which were the immediate legalization of 22 advertisements, and another 20 advertisements are being licensed after completing the documents, in addition to the removal of 10 violating advertising media from walls and supports, with legal measures being taken against violators.
Qalyubia Governorate confirms that these campaigns come within the framework of its keenness to implement the law, while providing administrative facilities to citizens in a way that achieves a balance between discipline and the public interest, and the continuation of its efforts to preserve the cultural and aesthetic appearance of cities.
