The Ministry of Housing decided to open the door to selecting housing units for applicants for 785 housing units within the second phase of the Beitak in Egypt initiative designated for Egyptians abroad, during the period from 8 to 13 next November.
The units offered were distributed among 4 new cities, namely the Administrative Capital, Al-Alamein, New Mansoura, and Marina Al-Alamein. Housing specified a period for paying the seriousness of the reservation during the last period, from October 18 to 23, through the website of the Baytak initiative in Egypt.
The new offering comes as a continuation of the previous offering, which received great demand from citizens, which prompted Housing to implement a new phase to meet the needs of Egyptian citizens abroad.
The Ministry of Housing had previously announced the first offering of the second phase of the Your Home in Egypt initiative for Egyptians abroad, in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Immigration, Affairs and Egyptians Abroad, which included 1,380 housing units, during the period from 8/30/2025, ending on 9/4/2025, and opening the door for choosing units during the period from 9/20/2025 until 9/25/2025.
It is worth noting that the second phase of the Baytak initiative in Egypt includes offering about 3,000 residential, commercial and administrative units divided into 3 proposals.
