His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, issued a decision appointing Sabah Salem Al Shamsi as Assistant Secretary-General of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai for the government communication sector and public secretariat affairs.
