The government confirmed that it provides financial incentives to participants in official tournaments and courses, whose achievements contribute to raising the status of the Kingdom of Bahrain in various sporting forums.
The government said that it is taking all supportive measures to push them to continue achieving achievements, pointing to the achievement of what was stated in a parliamentary proposal related to the Bahraini handball team achieving one of the first three places in the official tournaments or tournaments qualifying for the World Championship, in accordance with the procedures and standards followed in this regard.
This came in the government’s response to the proposal with a desire to pay bonuses to the national handball players and the technical and administrative staff on the occasion of their qualification for the World Cup.
