The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported that it had contacted the competent Israeli authorities to follow up the conditions of Bahraini and Kuwaiti citizens who were arrested by the Israeli security services.
The Ministry confirmed that the detention center has been visited to meet the detainees and reassure their safety and health, noting that the Israeli authorities asked the detainees to complete the official papers necessary to facilitate their departure and return to the two countries, according to the procedures followed.
The Ministry also confirmed that it is in continuous contact and coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the sisterly State of Kuwait, and that it will follow up the conditions of Bahraini and Kuwaiti citizens while adhering to all the necessary legal procedures to ensure their safe return to the two countries as soon as possible.
