Lawyer Mohamed El-Deeb said that the competent court postponed the trial session of a gang consisting of two foreigners accused of bringing and trafficking in narcotic substances in Hurghada, to the next November 12 session.

It was stated that the competent investigation authorities in the Red Sea ordered the referral of the accused to A. 45 years old, Slovak national, owner of a Slovak accounting company, and the second accused, Dr. M., 26 years old, Czech national, in a case of drug production and manufacture for the purpose of trafficking in Hurghada, to the Criminal Court.
The Public Prosecution directed the defendants to possess a precious substance and one of the phenethylamine derivatives for the purpose of production, manufacturing, and trading, in cases other than those authorized by law, as indicated in the investigations.
For his part, the first witness said that, pursuant to the permission of the Public Prosecution, he moved to the residence of the first and saw him holding a suitcase and seized it, and some of the contents of that suitcase were found in the seized items. Also, in order to complete the procedures, he then moved to the residence of the second and saw her holding a shoulder bag and seized it, and by opening the contents of that suitcase, he found the confiscated items and confronted them about their intention to produce narcotic ice essence through their use.
