Belgian coach Yannick Ferreira, coach of the Zamalek team, has decided on the return of Moroccan left-back Mahmoud Bentaek to the starting lineup in the team’s next match against the National Bank team scheduled to be held next Thursday, in the twelfth round of the Egyptian Premier League.
Ferreira is considering returning Bentaek to the Zamalek lineup
Bentaek’s return comes in preparation for preparing him technically and physically to participate in the upcoming Egyptian Super Cup matches, especially after relying on the other player Ahmed Fattouh during the last period on the left front.
Bentaek is considered one of the key elements in the white team, as he enjoys the trust of all the technical staff that have coached Zamalek since the player joined, thanks to his distinguished defensive capabilities and effective offensive contributions, which makes him one of the pillars on which the current coach relies in his tactical plans.
The Zamalek club management had succeeded in resolving a large part of the player’s financial crisis during the past days, as a large portion of the player’s late financial dues were disbursed, which contributed to raising the player’s morale within the team before the upcoming confrontations.
Zamalek continues its preparations to face the National Bank, seeking to return to the path of victories and continue its climb towards the first positions in the league table, as the team currently occupies fifth place with 18 points.
