The sources confirmed to Cairo 24 that the accused who was arrested is called M, T, and he works as the marketing director in the Omraniya district, explaining that all employees were surprised that the aforementioned employee was caught red-handed with a financial bribe in exchange for setting up a kiosk for a citizen.
Earlier, security services in Giza were able to arrest an official in the Omraniya neighborhood while receiving a financial bribe from a butcher to pass a request for approval of a permit for a shop under one of the bridges.
Information had been received by the Utilities Investigation Department in Giza that an official in the Omraniya district had requested a bribe of 30,000 pounds from a butcher to approve a license for a plot of land under one of the bridges.
The necessary ambush was carried out and the incident was filmed by the security men in audio and video. The accused was arrested, the necessary report was drawn up and presented to the investigating authorities.
