Minister issued Interior Resolution No. 1639 of 2025, regarding the deportation of a Sudanese citizen outside the country, based on Law No. 89 of 1960 regarding the entry, residence, and exit of foreigners in the Arab Republic of Egypt and its amendments.
Deporting a Sudanese national outside the country for reasons related to the public interest
The decision stated, after reviewing the memorandum of the General Administration of Passports, Immigration and Nationality dated August 28, 2025, that the Ministry decided to deport the so-called Muhammad Abu Al-Azaim Khalil Abbas, a Sudanese national, born on June 24, 1985, outside the country, for reasons related to the public interest.
The second article of the decision stipulates that the Director of the General Administration of Passports, Immigration and Nationality shall implement the decision immediately, in accordance with the legal procedures regulating the deportation of foreigners from Egyptian territory.
