The Ministry of Education and Technical Education announced that the educational tablets will be delivered to students of the first general secondary class for the current academic year, as part of the state’s plan for digital transformation in education, and the completion of the interactive technological education system.
The ministry confirmed that the students will receive the tablets from the schools affiliated with it, with the commitment to sign the guardian to approve the receipt in the event that the assigned insurance value is not paid.
This procedure comes in the interest of the ministry to ensure the delivery of devices to all students without disruption, and at the same time preserving public money through legal procedures regulating the possession of the tablet.
The Ministry of Education stressed the need for parents who have not paid the value of insurance yet, to quickly go to the Egyptian post offices to pay the specified amount, while maintaining the payment of payment and delivering it to the school administration, to ensure the continuation of the insurance service on the device throughout the study period.
The tablet is one of the most important interactive learning tools in the secondary stage, as it allows the student to access multiple sources from the Egyptian Knowledge Bank and e -learning platforms, and contributes to the development of evaluation and self -learning methods.
Education obliges schools to deliver all books to students before October 5
The meeting of Dr. Ayman Bahaa Al -Balas, Deputy Minister of Education and Dr. Hala Abdel Salam, head of the Central Administration for Public Education in the Ministry, witnessed with the directors of public and distinguished schools, the languages of a set of strict instructions.
The instructions issued by Dr. Hala Abdel Salam came clearly and frankly, according to some of the directors who attended the meeting as follows:
1- There is no link between paying expenses and delivering students to all Arabic books and languages without any condition.
2- Emphasizing the delivery of language books and following up the incomplete books with administration stores within two days, so that all students in all public schools of languages receive books before Sunday, October 5.
3- Students transformed from administration to another administration who are delivered books from schools transferred from them and not the schools transferred to them.
4- The expenses that were paid with the school machine or by mail on the old system. Students are confined to the name and the payment delivery and sent from schools to the administration and then to the ministry until they obtain their rights and not to pay again to the new system except for the remaining expenses.
5- Handing over secondary students for students for students
6- The tablet is delivered to the first secondary students, with a declaration of the guardian in the event that the insurance is not paid.
7- Working to improve the behavioral level of students by following school principals with specialists and activating the discipline list.
8- All language books have arrived at the department stores that must be obtained before Sunday, October 5.
9 – The class teacher is located inside the school from the beginning of the morning queue to the end of the school day and whoever violates these instructions is completed with him through the school principal and replaces it with another.
