The Philharmonic Bahrain Orchestra, led by the Maestro Dr. Mubarak Najm, continues its preparations to revive its next extraordinary concert entitled “A evening on Bahr”, which is scheduled to be held on Friday, October 10, 2025 at eight o’clock in the evening at the Bahrain National Theater, as part of the celebrations of the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities at the Bahrain International Music Festival and with the support of the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority.
The announcement of the evening witnessed an unprecedented public turnout, as all tickets were running out in less than 24 hours of its launch, in a remarkable precedent recorded at the level of local events. This great demand reflects the high position occupied by the late artist Ali Bahr and the brothers’ band in the hearts of music lovers inside and outside Bahrain.
In light of this remarkable mass interaction, the lovers of the late artist appeal to the festival management to consider the possibility of allocating an additional night, to allow more audiences to attend this unique evening, which is one of the most prominent stations of the Bahrain Filharmonic Orchestra for this year.
The evening will include a bouquet of the most beautiful and famous works of the late artist Ali Bahr and the Bahraini brothers group, who supervised it, re -formulated it, Dr. Mubarak Najm, to give it a new artistic dimension that mixes its originality with the global orchestral depth, in a musical experience that embodies the fulfillment of an artist who left an eternal imprint in the Bahraini and Gulf memory.
