Within the framework of joint cooperation between the Bahrain Clearing Company and the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry, it was held on Thursday, October 2, 2025, an introductory workshop for the Chamber’s members on the Bahrain Private Market, as part of a series of events aimed at raising the level of awareness among the partial joint stock companies with the benefits and services provided by this market.
During the workshop, the attendees were introduced to the characteristics of the platform and the comprehensive services group available to closed joint stock companies, as well as highlighting the benefits of joining the platform and reviewing the registration steps, and the workshop concluded with the answer to the participants’ inquiries.
On this occasion, Mr. Abdullah Abdeen, CEO of Operations at Bahrain Clearing Company, stated: “We are keen through the Bahrain Private Market platform to provide an integrated package of services allocated to closed joint stock companies, including the preservation and management of shareholders, transparency settlements, distribution of cash profits in addition to advanced digital solutions such as electronic public associations, electronic voting, and stock auctions.
