Emirati media confirmed that wealthy people from the UAE are planning to buy real estate in Egypt with a value of 709 million dollars (2.6 billion dirhams), according to a recent poll conducted by “Knight Frank” for real estate consulting and was implemented in cooperation with Yogov.
The survey showed a clear preference among the world’s wealthy people to buy more luxurious and more suitable houses in terms of prices in Egypt, 23.7% of them indicated their intention to spend less than one million dollars on a house in Egypt, while 18.6% plan to buy a property ranging between 30 and 50 million dollars.
The results of the survey indicated that the residential sector is the most targeted by the wealthy in the UAE and Saudi Arabia by 61%, which was included in the survey, followed by the offices market by 49%, while the distinguished residencies came 45% in the third place.
