On an exceptional theatrical night in which art and family mixed, star Rogina and Dr. Ashraf Zaki, head of the Acting Professions Syndicate, were keen to attend the theatrical performance “Between Water and Air,” starring the young artist Maryam Ashraf Zaki, at the Malak Jabr Theater at the American University in the Fifth Settlement.
The show, in which a large number of talented university students participated, witnessed a remarkable turnout from students and parents, who filled the hall amid an atmosphere of interaction and warm applause in appreciation of the performance of the young team, which presented a show full of creativity, energy and high artistic sense.






After the show ended, star Rogina, her daughter, director Maya Ashraf Zaki, and their father, Dr. Ashraf Zaki, went up to the stage, where they presented Maryam and her friends with a bouquet of flowers to celebrate her distinguished performance, amid warm applause and feelings of family pride.
Rogina was keen to attend immediately after her return from the El Gouna Film Festival, to confirm her constant support for her daughter in her new theatrical experience, in which she embodied the character “Nina” with sincere expression and a remarkable performance that was well received by the audience.
It is noteworthy that the show “Between Water and Air” is directed by Dr. Dina Amin, and is presented daily at the Malak Jabr Theater at the American University in the Fifth Settlement, on days 22 and 23, and will be continued later on October 30 and 31 and November 1, 2 and 3 at the Falaki Theater at the American University in Tahrir Square.
