His Excellency Mr. Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh, Speaker of the Shura Council, confirmed that the generous directives from His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, may God protect him, to reduce the maximum monthly installments for beneficiaries of the “Mazaya” housing program, and to increase the financial support allocated to them from the esteemed government, and the directives it included to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning to diversify housing options and solutions to ensure It meets the aspirations of citizens and embodies the lofty visions of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the great king of the country, may God protect and preserve him, regarding continuing to develop and modernize housing systems and services, and providing various programs that achieve the aspirations of citizens, enhance family and community stability, and support the prosperity of the Bahraini family.
His Excellency the Speaker of the Shura Council explained that the directives of His Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister come within the framework of the humanitarian and civilizational approach of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the continued keenness of the esteemed government, headed by His Highness, to improve the quality of life and ensure the sustainability of housing development, stressing that supporting citizens in meeting their housing needs constitutes one of the basic pillars in building a cohesive society and consolidating the stability of Bahraini families.
His Excellency the Speaker of the Shura Council praised the constructive cooperation and fruitful coordination witnessed by the relations between the legislative and executive authorities, thanks to the directives of the wise leadership, may God protect and preserve him, stressing that this cooperation enhances joint national efforts to achieve development goals, implement government programs that support citizens in various sectors, and work in the spirit of one team (Team Bahrain), which contributes to reaping more achievements. and national gains.
His Excellency the Speaker of the Shura Council also appreciated the great role played by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, headed by Her Excellency Mrs. Amna bint Ahmed Al Rumaihi, in implementing the directives of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and its keenness to inform citizens of the executive steps and procedures that the Ministry will begin implementing as of next November, which reflects its continued commitment to providing quality services that take into account the needs of citizens and keep pace with their aspirations.
His Excellency the Speaker of the Shura Council expressed his appreciation for the various initiatives and programs provided by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, which contribute to expanding the scope of financing and housing options for citizens, and enable them to obtain appropriate housing that achieves family and social stability for them, and keeps pace with the process of sustainable development in the Kingdom of Bahrain. His Excellency praised the launch of the “Ambition” program to align with the ongoing efforts and endeavors to support Beneficiaries of the programs of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning.
