Dr. Al-Rumaihi pointed out that the royal speech’s emphasis on unifying national identity and the rejection of manifestations of intolerance and narrow loyalties reflects His Majesty’s keenness to strengthen the unity of the national ranks and consolidate the values of tolerance and belonging, as they are a fundamental pillar of the nation’s stability and prosperity. He also noted the royal directives contained in the speech towards focusing on scientific and cognitive development, and investing in modern technologies, artificial intelligence, and renewable energy, including It keeps pace with the Kingdom of Bahrain’s trends towards a diversified and sustainable economy.
He added that the royal speech affirmed the status of the Bahraini person as the true wealth of the nation, which translates the firm royal approach to empowering national competencies and providing opportunities for young people to participate in building the future.
