Al Hilal Hospitals and Medical Centers were able to enhance the career path of 120 Bahraini employees, by benefiting from the various programs provided by the Labor Fund “Tamkeen”, which included the National Employment Program, the Training Support Program for Institutions, and the Wage Increase Program, as part of its ongoing efforts to invest in national cadres working in the medical sector.
Tamkeen’s support for national cadres working in Crescent hospitals and medical centers comes in line with the Fund’s strategic priorities for the year 2025, which are to enhance the position and competitiveness of Bahraini citizens in the private sector, and provide Bahrainis with the appropriate skills for career development, in addition to giving priority to the growth, digitization and sustainability of institutions.
This support represents an extension of the constructive partnership between Tamkeen and private sector institutions to enrich the healthcare sector in the Kingdom, as it is one of the vital sectors supporting the national economy, in addition to its role in providing more qualitative job opportunities for Bahraini talents in this field.
More than 10,000 Bahrainis work in this sector in various specialties, according to the health sector report issued by “Bahrain Skills”.
The Labor Fund “Tamkeen” offers a package of programs aimed at supporting multiple institutions and strengthening the private sector to be the main engine of economic growth in the Kingdom, in addition to employment and career development programs for national cadres with the aim of making the Bahraini citizen the ideal choice for employment.
Al Hilal Hospitals and Medical Centers was established in 2006 and includes 10 branches throughout Bahrain. The hospital provides an integrated range of specialized health care services, including various main and sub-specialties of medicine, through outpatient clinics and multiple departments equipped with the latest medical technologies.
