The representative of the fourth department in the southern governorate, Mohamed Al -Daraj, revealed a tendency to change the dates of opening and closing garages, workshops and closed activities to rest in residential neighborhoods and the areas near them, so that they are from 7 am until 7 pm, in response to the demands of the people and the recommendations of the technical committee of the Southern Municipal Council.
Al -Darj explained that the proposal came after a field study and a preview of the reality of residential neighborhoods that witness an overlap between residential and commercial uses, stressing that the goal of determining appointments is to reduce inconvenience, environmental pollution and noise resulting from the continued work of garages until late hours of the night.
