The first handball team in Al -Ahly Club was organized in a closed camp in Ismailia, starting from Wednesday to October 4, in the framework of serious preparations to resume the General League Championship competitions.
Mohamed Adel, the coach of the team, put an integrated training program during the camp period, aimed at preparing the players physically and technically, and raising the focus rates before the official return of the matches.
The Red Team is preparing for a strong confrontation against the Al -Ahly Bank team next October 6, at the Prince Abdullah Al -Faisal Hall at the club’s headquarters in the island, in the Premier League competitions.
The technical staff hopes to make the most of the camp period to enhance harmony between players and correct some technical aspects, in an effort to successfully continue the journey in the local competition.
