The investigating authorities at the Second Tanta Police Department in Gharbia Governorate decided to release the mother accused of assaulting her two young children after listening to the statements of all parties, and the receipt of criminal investigation investigations that confirmed that the incident dates back about three months and is not recent as was reported.

Investigations conducted by criminal investigation officers at Than Tanta Police Department in Gharbia Governorate revealed that the mother had previously sent the video to her ex-husband, who works in delivering orders, in an attempt to sympathize with him and push him to bear the children’s expenses. However, after learning of her marriage to another man, he decided to publish the video recently.
After codifying the procedures and arresting the mother, the investigating authorities decided to hand over the two children to their father’s brother as he was more worthy of taking care of them, given that the mother was proven to be unfaithful to them, while the mother was released with guarantee of her place of residence until the final investigations into the incident were completed.
