Empowering the citizen and devoting the values of citizenship are the first guarantee for enhancing social stability and building a diverse and competency-based economy.
An important aspect is the move to approve amendments to the Press and Publication Law. This confirms the importance of developing legislative frameworks to keep pace with societal changes, especially with regard to freedom of expression, the role of the media in oversight, and national partnership.
