The Directorate of Veterinary Medicine in Sohag, led by Dr. Ahmed Hamdi, organized an indicative symposium in the village of Al -Azziza, which is affiliated with Al -Suwaida.
A symposium on the most important diseases that affect animals in Sohag
The symposium dealt with a number of vital topics, including the “Sat One”, the importance of immunization against it to preserve livestock, in addition to cattle insurance and the common rabies disease between humans and animals and methods of prevention of it, as well as the importance of registration and numbering.
The symposium comes within the framework of the efforts of the Veterinary Medicine Directorate to spread awareness among breeders and enhance prevention procedures to maintain livestock in the governorate.
The symposium received approval from all those present from the village, and confirmed that they obtained useful information that helps them to develop livestock and increase its production.
