A video clip of the incident, which was widely circulated on social media platforms, showed the hospital staff confronting a hospital visitor regarding his inappropriate behavior with a nurse, who slapped him several times.
According to a Times of India report, Singh visited the hospital with his mother-in-law, and while he was inside the hospital, he made offensive comments to a nurse while he was under the influence of alcohol. The nurse considered Singh’s words to be verbal harassment, so she responded to his actions by beating him, as she slapped him 21 times.

After the incident, hospital security asked him to leave, but he returned early the next morning and repeated his inappropriate behavior towards the same nurse, which led to an escalation of tensions. She slapped him repeatedly, then he apologized, and based on a complaint from the hospital administration, he was detained by the police for further investigation.
