A huge fire was extinguished inside a residential apartment in Al-Haram, and the residents escaped without injuries – Al-Watan Plus Gate

A fire broke out in one of the residential apartments in the Al-Haram area in Cairo. The accident resulted in severe damage inside the apartment, but fortunately no injuries were recorded among the residents of the building. Firefighting units rushed to the site of the fire and were able to control it quickly. The competent prosecution conducted the necessary investigations into the causes of the fire.

The Rescue Operations Room received a report from citizens complaining about escalating smoke and fire emanating from the aforementioned apartment. Firefighting teams immediately responded and fire engines were sent to the site, which led to the fire being quickly and effectively extinguished, which prevented the situation from deteriorating further.

The investigators at the Giza Security Directorate summoned a number of eyewitnesses, in addition to the residents of the damaged apartment, in order to collect the necessary information to understand the circumstances of the fire, and all necessary legal measures were taken following the incident, which aim to determine the real reasons behind the outbreak of the fire.

Efforts are continuing to ensure the safety of all residents, as it has been confirmed that there are no injuries, which reflects the efficiency of the rapid response by emergency teams.
