The Abu Hammad area in Sharqiya witnessed a tragic accident that led to the injury of seven daily workers as a result of a three-car collision on the Abu Hammad – Belbeis road near the village of Al-Jaafaria. Medical teams were called to the site of the accident, and all workers had a role in providing first aid and strengthening medical support for the injured cases, as the security services received the report about the accident from Abu Hammad Central Hospital.
After receiving the report, the security services moved to the site, and the identity of the injured was revealed, which included Zainab, Nouran, Azza, Basma, Sabah, Shorouk, and Reham, as their condition ranged from bruises to fractures, and it was necessary to provide immediate care to them, and accordingly, rapid examinations were conducted on them after their arrival to the hospital.
Dr. Ahmed Al-Arini, Director of Abu Hammad General Hospital, confirmed that the hospital provided the necessary tests and distributed first aid, as two cases were detained while five cases were released after receiving appropriate treatment. He praised the emergency procedures that were carried out quickly and efficiently, to ensure the safety of the injured and provide the required care.
The authorities sent four ambulances to transport the injured to the hospital, and the effects of the accident on the road were treated to ensure the restoration of traffic. A comprehensive investigation was opened by the detectives to determine the circumstances of the accident. A report on the incident was drawn up and referred to the Public Prosecution, in an effort to reveal more details about the accident and the reasons behind its occurrence.
