The First Circuit of the Supreme Administrative Court of the State Council ruled to reject 89 appeals and uphold the rulings of the Administrative Judicial Court issued by rejecting a number of appeals related to the 2025 House of Representatives elections, related to the exclusion of some candidates from the electoral race. The court also decided to refer 5 appeals to the subject department for adjudication.
