The government revealed the number of rehabilitation centers spread throughout the Kingdom, specializing in providing rehabilitation services to people of determination, including autism spectrum disorder. The total number of these centers reaches 53, including 17 community centres, 30 private centres, in addition to 6 government centres. The number of centers within the Southern Governorate has reached 15 centres, and the number of rehabilitation centers that provide services to children with autism, who do not… They can be integrated into government schools: 9 centers, 2 private rehabilitation centers, and 7 private rehabilitation centers.

Regarding the proposal to establish a comprehensive school for autistic patients in the Southern Governorate, the government confirmed that it supports most rehabilitation centers with a budget of one million two hundred thousand dinars annually, and is also working to strengthen community partnership in order to establish more of these centers that serve this category. The Comprehensive Disability Complex was also established, located in the Aali area, with an area of ​​approximately 20,106 square meters, and was built on a total area of 17,642 square meters, consisting of 10 separate buildings, at a cost of eight million six hundred and eighty thousand Bahraini dinars.

The government also confirmed its approval of the proposal with a desire to open field training programs for school students at the preparatory and secondary levels during the summer period in all ministries and government agencies, with the aim of preparing and providing students with technical and administrative skills required by the labor market.

Regarding the proposal to oblige the University of Bahrain and private universities to employ Bahrainis with higher degrees within the educational staff at a rate of no less than (70%), the government affirmed its keenness to implement best practices, international standards and performance indicators that require providing a scientific environment that includes in its cadres faculty members from various academic schools, in order to ensure academic diversity and transfer global expertise to national cadres, as well as to students, and to benefit from From these experiences, especially in the precise specializations in the field of scientific research, and therefore, the objectives of this proposal are achieved according to the possible scope that takes into account the interests of higher education institutions in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

It also confirmed its approval of the proposal with a desire to tighten control over all events, activities, leaflets, brochures, questionnaires and festivals organized by private schools.

The government approved the proposal with a desire to establish a primary and preparatory school for girls in the Wadi Al-Sail area.

On the contrary, the figures issued by the university in addition to national statistics indicate that females outperform males in most scientific specializations. presented therein, which indicates that the issue of mixing between the sexes does not negatively affect female students’ academic achievement as stated in the justifications for the proposal.

Regarding the proposal to extend the holiday for the last ten days of the holy month of Ramadan to all male and female students at all educational levels, the government confirmed that its goals are achieved by observing attendance during the holy month.
