The Directorate of Supply and Internal Trade in Qalyubia launched a massive campaign, which resulted in the seizure of 3 tons of rice of unknown origin inside an unlicensed warehouse, within the framework of the directives of Dr. Sherif Farouk, Minister of Supply and Internal Trade, and the instructions of Engineer Ayman Attia, Governor of Qalyubia, to intensify ration campaigns on the markets to confront commercial fraud and seize goods of unknown origin.
3 tons of rice of unknown origin were seized in Qalyubia
This came under the supervision of Dr. Tamer Salah Mokhtar, Undersecretary of the Ministry – Director of the Supply Directorate in Qalyubia. The seized items were seized and the necessary legal measures were taken against the violators, in preparation for presenting them to the Public Prosecution.
The Qalyubia Supply Directorate confirms the continuation of its intensive campaigns in all cities and centers of the governorate to control markets and protect consumers from spoiled goods of unknown origin.
