Yesterday, the government media office in the Gaza Strip issued a statement monitoring the outcome of the Israeli crimes against the Palestinian people within two years of the war of constant genocide on the Strip, as the Israeli aggression has committed many massacres against the Palestinians since October 7, 2023, which left 67,639 martyrs and 169,583 wounded, most of them children and women, and the famine that has tasted the lives of 460 Palestinians, including 154 children.
The office emphasized that the Israeli aggression kills 92 Palestinians daily, including 27 children, 14 women, 12 mothers and 30 father, and committed massacres against 53 Palestinian families, including 4 fully exterminated and 8 of which only one person escaped.
The statement pointed out that these numbers reflect the reality of the genocide that lasts for two years, amid an international silence, and complicity that allows the exacerbation of the humanitarian catastrophe in the besieged sector, after two years have passed since the war destroyed 4 thousand years of history in Gaza.
In another statement, yesterday, on the occasion of the anniversary of two years (730 days) on the war of genocide, the government media office published a comprehensive update of war statistics, explaining that more than 2.4 million Palestinians in the Gaza Strip are exposed to genocide, starvation and ethnic cleansing.
Also, the number of martyrs children reached more than 20 thousand, and martyrs women are about 12,500, in addition to 9 thousand mothers and 22 father who were martyred.
On the human side, the statement was warned of the outbreak of infectious diseases, as more than 2.1 million displaced people were injured with various diseases, including 71 thousand epidemic liver cases, in light of the almost complete collapse of the health system after the destruction of 38 hospitals and 96 care centers, and the targeting of 197 ambulances.
The report also indicated that the Israeli aggression destroyed about 95% of the sector’s schools and 165 educational and university institutions completely, which deprived more than 785 thousand students of their right to education.
In a related context, 835 mosques destroyed a complete destruction and 180 parties, in addition to 3 churches and 40 cemeteries, while the Israeli aggression targeted 7 mass graves inside hospitals.
In terms of housing and forced displacement, more than 268,000 housing units have destroyed, and 288 thousand families have become homeless, while more than two million displaced people live in extremely cruel human conditions inside camps that are not valid for housing.
The media office emphasized that the Israeli aggression practiced the policy of systematic starvation by preventing the entry of more than 120,000 humanitarian aid and fuel trucks, and targeting 47 diets and 61 aid distribution centers, which led to the death of 540 workers in the relief field.
The statement revealed that 650,000 children are hungry, including 40,000 infants who need children’s milk that prevents the Israeli aggression.
The office pointed out that the direct initial losses in 15 vital sectors exceeded 70 billion dollars, of which 28 billion in the housing sector, 5 billion in health, 4 in education, and 4.5 in trade, indicating that 125 thousand tents out of 135,000 are not valid for accommodation due to wear, noting that the Israeli aggression army targeted 293 centers for shelter and displacement within the sector.
Earlier yesterday, a report by the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs «OCHA) stated that the people of Gaza have been living for two years, the tragedy of continuous forced displacement, besieged in areas that shrink day by day, as it has become more than 82% of the area of the sector either within the Israeli military zone or is subject to the orders of displacement or both together. On September 29, the Deputy Special Coordinator for the Middle East peace process at the United Nations, Ramiz Allabarov, criticized the Israeli attacks on Gaza, stressing that the humanitarian situation there is morally, politically and legally unacceptable.
During a session of the Security Council, Alkbarov indicated that the escalation of Israeli military operations “brings unprecedented levels of death and destruction to the Palestinians,” a debtor killing civilians, including women and children.
