Statistics on e-government channels for the year 2025, issued by the Information and e-Government Authority, showed a continued increase in the use of government digital services, as the total number of visits to services through the national portal during the third quarter of this year exceeded 14.42 million visits.
The latest statistics related to National Portal transactions showed that 629,688 national transactions were carried out, while the value of financial payments exceeded 179.1 million dinars during the third quarter of this year. The National Portal is the first stop for obtaining government information and services easily, with high quality and efficiency through a unified experience through multiple channels, whether you are a citizen, resident, business owner, or visitor to the Kingdom.
The portal also facilitates communication with various government agencies to communicate opinions and suggestions, which contributes to developing and improving the services provided. Regarding smart device applications, statistics showed that the use of applications during the same period amounted to 12.3 million uses, while the total number of application downloads reached 675.9 thousand downloads.
